Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I have to pay to apply to jobs?

Answer: We at myproducer.io believe you shouldn't have to pay to apply to jobs, which is why we allow all registered job seekers to apply to as many jobs as they want for FREE. There are additional paid options to boost your exposure and benefit your job seeking!

2. What is a Resume on this site and how does it benefit me?

Answer: To boost your exposure you can pay to post a single resume, unlimited resumes, or feature your resume on the site! A resume looks like this. Employers can view your resume when you apply for a job (without them having to download a document to view) or employers can search through the database to find talent to fill positions. With a posted resume you may get hired without having to apply for a job!

3. What is a featured resume?

Answer: A featured resume will get featured first in our database where employers can search for talent, and will get featured in one of our weekly newsletters to employers. These spots are available on a limited basis. A featured resume let's employers find you!

4. I'm trying to post a resume but I am experiencing a loading screen that doesn't go away?

Answer: We've discovered that pop-up or ad blockers can hinder the process of posting a resume. If you are experiencing issues with posting your resume, we first recommend disabling any blocker you may have running and reloading your page.

5. How do I post a job?

Answer: In order to post a job you must first create a free employer profile. You can input as much or as little information as you want into your employer profile. Once you have created your profile click on the post a job tab at the top of the page. There you can choose which option benefits your needs! If you choose one of our paid options, payment is completed at the end of creating your job post.

6. What if I want my company to remain anonymous?

Answer: We understand that sometimes employers wish to remain anonymous. We allow you to either leave the company name blank or write in "Anonymous" so that job seekers will not know what company they are applying for. Your email is never visible to job seekers and the only information visible is what you want them to see.
