TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my resume for the Office Coordinator / Assistant position. My goal is to secure a position that will enhance my understanding of the intersection of marketing and the film industry and offer valuable knowledge for my future. I am eager to be a part of a creative organization such as Marching Penguin, where I know I will be able to provide and strengthen my well-developed communication, interpersonal, intercultural, creative and analytical abilities.
As my resume shows, I have a variety of experience, which has afforded me the skills necessary to provide exceptional support to any organization. As a production assistant for FlatCat Productions, I helped the producer and director with talent coordination, craft services, and other vital errands on and off set. During my time with FlatCat, I accompanied the team to Montreal to execute the promotion of their new film. I also helped them translate French to English when needed, coordinated daily travel arrangements, managed social media accounts with up to date content, and researched and contacted companies in the area who might have been interested in supporting the film.
Prior to working with FlatCat, my position as a Consumer Relations Escalation Specialist provided me with the skills to handle high volume incoming calls and email correspondence. This position enhanced my ability to problem solve under tight time constraints, all while providing optimal customer service.
My abilities to be flexible, learn and multitask while adapting to high-pressure environments make me a great addition to Marching Penguin team. I would like to discuss the Office Coordinator / Assistant position further and am available via telephone or email at 636.459.7844 or email@example.com.
I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to hearing from you.
